We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, password), creating projects (project names, content you author), and interacting with our services (usage analytics, support requests).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Topicary service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• Improve our product based on usage patterns
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage

Your content is stored in our database hosted by Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups are maintained for disaster recovery.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation (Pro/Team plans)
• Vercel — application hosting

When you use AI features, your content is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not train on this data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days after deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Export your content
• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications
