1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Topicary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Topicary is a cloud-based structured authoring tool that enables content reuse, conditional profiling, variable management, and multi-channel publishing.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using Topicary. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service (including publishing to your configured domains).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Abuse the AI features to generate harmful content
- Exceed rate limits or overload the service
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond the cost of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topicary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
